Standard Adult Plan
With the standard adult plan, we charge $23 per month or $249 per year for various essential services. For one year, we offer one basic cleaning every six months, an oral cancer screening, 1-2 exams, x-rays, an emergency exam with x-ray, and one fluoride treatment per year. Additionally, we also offer 10% off any other treatments needed. The standard adult plan is for adults 14 and older.
Standard Child Plan
The standard child plan is similar to the standard adult plan, except instead of an oral cancer screening, we offer two fluoride treatments per year. Additionally, we offer 15% off treatment needed, instead of 10% off like in the standard adult plan. Our standard child plan is $18 per month or $198 per year.
Periodontal Maintenance Plan
The periodontal maintenance plan is the ideal plan for patients with periodontal disease. This plan includes one periodontal maintenance cleaning every four months, 1-2 exams per year, x-rays, one emergency exam and x-ray, and one fluoride treatment per year. Additionally, patients with the periodontal maintenance plan can benefit from 10% off any treatment. Our periodontal Maintenance Plan is $40 per month or $440 per year.
55 Plus Plan
For patients 55 years and older, we recommend the 55 plus plan. This plan has the same benefits and cost as the standard adult plan, except patients will receive 20% off treatments instead of 10% off treatments. Note, this plan does not include the oral cancer screening as the standard adult plan does.
Military/Veteran Membership Plan
We recommend one of our best plans for our service members, the military/veteran membership plan. This plan has the same benefits as the standard adult plan for the low cost of $18 per month or $198 per year. Additionally, members will receive the best treatment discount at 30% off treatments.
